Ice climbing course and ski touring |

In the past week with a gruop of clients from Belgium we did three days of ice climbing course and three days of ski touring in Julian Alps, Slovenia. Despite the enormous amounts of fresh snow in the beginning of the week and high temperatures in the end of the week, we managed to fulfill the planned itinerary. |

24.2.2013 Kobla (ski touring) This day there was over 40 cm of fresh snow. Due to avalanche safety, we chose Kobla, which is an abandoned ski resort. |

25.2.2013 - Vi?arje (piste and off piste skiing) In order to save some energy for coming week, we took cable car above Tarvisio (Italy) and did some off piste descents. |

26.2.2013 - Tamar (ice climbing technique course) In one of the most fascinating valley of Slovenia, Tamar, we had a course of ice climbing technique and safety technique in ice. |

28.2.2013 - Tamar (ice climbing) For the last day of ice climbing we visited Tamar valley again. Here was the only save place. The avalanche risk was extremely high everywhere else, since the high temperatures. |
